Property Maintenance Technician

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall well-being and functionality of our properties. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair requests, and collaborating with the property management team to uphold our commitment to quality living spaces.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  2. Respond promptly to repair requests and address maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry repairs as needed.
  4. Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of property systems.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  6. Be available for occasional on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
  7. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

$25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.  40  hours per week.
